There is a powerful synergy between the discipline required on a construction site and the endurance needed for the Comrades Marathon.
This past Friday, our team held a special Toolbox Talk where we explored the valuable lessons of grit, preparation, and teamwork that translate perfectly from the building site to the road.
It was an inspiring moment to see our own Francois Earle and Justice Ramalivhana share the medals they’ve earned through years of dedicated training. Leadership is about showing up and pushing through—whether it’s managing a complex construction project or running 85.777km.
We are incredibly proud of the discipline and passion you both bring to our worksite every day, and we know that same drive will carry you to the finish line on Sunday June 14th.
