Swart & Associates Architects - Pty Ltd

Our passion for architecture goes back to 1979, with the establishment of Blackie Swart Architects. The continued energy resulted in our team successfully completing a variety of buildings – ranging from individual homes, apartment blocks and housing schemes to hospitals, factories, shopping centres, industrial buildings and recreational projects.

Within the architectural energy hub, an association of forward thinkers developed, which resulted into Swart & Associates Architects in 2002. The sustainability of the Architectural association has proven to be very successful, with continued energy being fueled by research and innovation.

Swart & Associates Architects (Pty) Ltd, today, offers a unique competitive edge – focusing on innovative, sustainable design solutions and is geared to provide clients with a prompt and effective quality service. This is achieved by utilizing up-to-date CAD and rendering technology, accurate project administration and graphic representation of design approaches.

Our design team comprises all the registration categories of the South Africa Council for the Architectural profession and is highly motivated to deliver above expectation. Teamwork allows the team to use their vast variety of skills to ensure the best possible design solutions.

We honour our clients for giving us a forum to express architecture in physical form.
