An operator should not have to read a label to know which lever moves which cylinder. So we colour-code the machine.
Every control lever wears a coloured sleeve. The cylinder it drives carries a swatch in the same colour, and so does the handle of that function's speed-control valve. Lever, valve, cylinder β one colour, end to end. Red lever, red cylinder. Blue lever, blue cylinder. No label, no language barrier, no guessing.
Every function also gets its own speed control: open it for full speed, wind it down for slow, precise work, or close it to lock that function out. We also moved the seat back for legroom and fitted a proper fire-extinguisher mounting.
Same rig. Same power. But now anyone in that seat can work it safely from day one.
