Happy Birthday to an exceptional leader, an incredible mentor, and the driving force behind Fuller Civils, Sidney Fuller.

Today we celebrate far more than just another year. We celebrate a man whose vision, resilience, and unwavering determination have built more than roads, bridges, and projects—you have built a legacy, a team, and a company that so many are proud to be part of.

Your strength is evident to everyone who knows you. You lead from the front, face every challenge head-on, and never ask others to do what you wouldn’t do yourself. You have shown us what true grit, perseverance, and commitment look like.

But those who know you best also know something even more remarkable: behind the tough exterior is a genuinely kind, generous, and compassionate heart. You care deeply about your people, your work, and the future of Fuller Civils, often in ways that go unseen. That rare combination of strength and humility is what makes you such an inspiring leader.

Thank you for believing in people, for pushing us to be better every day, and for reminding us that excellence is never achieved by chance—it is earned through hard work, integrity, and purpose.

May this year bring you good health, continued success, and every blessing you so richly deserve. We look forward to many more milestones under your leadership.

Your Fuller Civils family is proud to celebrate you today. Here’s to another year of building excellence and inspiring everyone around you. 💛🖤

What you’re seeing is more than concrete being poured.

You’re seeing resilience.
You’re seeing commitment.
You’re seeing a team that refuses to let challenges stand in the way of progress.

Just days ago, this access route was gone. Today, we are laying the foundations of a new bridge that will reconnect people, restore access, and create new opportunities.

Results don’t come from talking about problems. They come from getting to work and building solutions.

This is progress. This is determination. This is what happens when action meets vision.

𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟲 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 💪🌉

When devastating floods washed away the existing bridge, access to this Holiday Resort was severely impacted, leaving the area isolated and difficult to reach.

Rather than standing still, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work.

This new bridge is still a work in progress, but the progress achieved in just six days speaks for itself. Through hands-on leadership, determination, creativity, and hard work, we are actively creating a safe and reliable access route to reconnect an area that was cut off by nature’s force.

Projects like these require more than plans on paper – they require action, problem-solving, and a team willing to get their hands dirty to make things happen.

We are proud of what has been accomplished so far and excited to share this milestone as construction continues. Every beam, every load of material, and every hour invested brings us one step closer to restoring full access.

This is what commitment looks like. This is what being hands-on looks like. And this is only the beginning. Keep an eye out for some videos!

📍 Kareerand Project Progress Update

We’re making great progress on our new incoming tank civil works at Kareerand and are currently 90% complete.

So far, the team has completed:

🔹 Large-scale excavation of the area to prepare the foundation
🔹 Filling and compacting the ground with dumprock to create a strong working platform
🔹 Construction of a heavy-duty reinforced concrete tank base
🔹 Building protective bund walls around the tank area for safety and spill control
🔹 Construction of the raised circular tank plinth where the new tank will stand
🔹 Additional backfilling and shaping around the structure
🔹 Installation of a drainage launder connecting the new bunded area to the existing dam for controlled runoff

This project is coming together well, and the progress photos show the transformation from the early excavation stages to the near-finished structure.

📅 Expected completion date: 15 May 2026

A big thank you to everyone involved for the hard work and commitment on site. 👏
