Shelly Centre has a new look! Introducing Dischem, Bargain Books, Studio 88 and Senqu
The renovation included the removal of the old Shelly Cinema 🎬 To accommodate the original cinema rooms, the site had a 1.2m incline above ground level and a further 1.2m drop below ground level, creating a total 2.4m height difference.
We had to cut or fill to achieve one perfectly level floor for the new retail space
