Techni Construction Our vision is to be the leading construction company in Nelson Mandela Bay in terms of quality, product delivery, equality and customer satisfaction.

Techni Construction was established in 1993 by Wayne Smart and Johan Botha. Techni Construction works predominantly in the private sector, targeting projects up to R100 Million. We have successfully completed Public Sector work as well, with projects being in the R5 million - R15 million bracket. This is a market we wish to further develop our company around. We are fully registered with all the pertinent building authorities and are members of the MBA and have a CIDB rating of 7GB.
