Spring is about seeing what’s possible!

Old buildings don’t have to be the end of a story. They can be the beginning of something new.

With imagination, care and thoughtful design, old spaces can be given new purpose, preserving what matters while making room for new life.

Here’s to opening the windows and letting new ideas grow.

Artwork as part design process!

For us, it is more than decoration. It is a way to bring meaning, identity, detail, and a sense of place into a project.

For clients who want something special, unique, and custom-made, artwork allows the design to become more personal and memorable.

It is often the detail that makes a space feel complete.

June 16 reminds us that young people have always had the power to shift the future.

Architecture is not only about buildings. It is about creating places where people can see possibility.

This Youth Day, we honour the courage of the youth.

Because the future does not arrive fully built.

We design it, together.

“What we call the beginning is often the end
And to make an end is to make a beginning.
The end is where we start from.”
TS Eliot

Eight years ago today, on 1 June 2018, we restarted The Workplace Agency. It wasn’t planned. There was no strategic relaunch — just a recommitment to work we had never really stopped doing.

We’ve come to understand that, “the end is where we start from”. What looks like an end and a restart is often simply a continuation — the same convictions, the same way of approaching the work, carried forward into new circumstances.

The Workplace has always been with us as we have continued along. Eight years on, that feels worth acknowledging.
