We’re wrapping up our Women’s Month with Khanyisile, our Assistant Quantity Surveyor, whose journey with us began as a Civil Engineering student gaining valuable hands-on experience on our construction sites.
Since then, she has grown within Mhlobiso Group and now works in our Cost & Estimating Department as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, applying her knowledge and skills to costing, estimating and supporting the Cost & Estimating team.
Her story is a reminder that careers don’t always follow a straight path. Sometimes, you start by learning on site, put in the work, embrace every opportunity and before you know it, you’re growing into the professional you set out to become.
