🚧 Progress at The CollectHive, Fairview! 🚧

Things are taking shape on site as our civils work continues to progress well.

🧱 Paving is underway around the main building, bringing the surrounding areas together and adding the finishing touches to the development.

🚜 At the additional parking area, bulk earthworks and layerworks are progressing well, as we prepare the area for kerbing and paving.

This one is really starting to come together!

Great progress by the team on site and plenty more to come! 💪

Progress on Site 🚧

Great progress is being made on our 8,000m² parking lot project!

Bulk earthworks are nearing completion, while the next phase is already underway with services installation progressing, with the installation of stormwater infrastructure and sleeves now underway.

Up next: Retaining walls to entrance road embankments — another important milestone as we continue transforming the site.

We’ve really enjoyed this one so far!

Another project moving forward, one step at a time. 💪

This Mandela Day, we were incredibly grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community by completing paving works for Bet Sheekoom, a remarkable non-profit organisation and house of restoration for women in crisis in Port Elizabeth.

The work they do goes far beyond providing shelter. They offer hope, healing, dignity, and a fresh start to women facing some of life’s greatest challenges. Their unwavering compassion, selflessness, and dedication to changing lives are truly inspiring, and their impact reaches far beyond the walls of their home.

At Cape Courts and Civils, we believe that strong communities are built when people come together to serve others. It was a privilege and an honour to play a small part in supporting an organisation that gives so much of itself every single day.

To the incredible team at Bet Sheekoom, thank you for the difference you make in the lives of so many. We salute your commitment and are humbled to have contributed, even in a small way, to your important mission.

Together, we can continue building not only better infrastructure, but stronger, more compassionate communities.

🔄 Round and round we go… and this traffic circle is almost ready to roll! 🚧

The team at our Safpro site in Walmer continues to make fantastic progress!.

✅ Bulk earthworks are now complete, providing a solid foundation for the next stage of the project.
🚜 Layerworks and kerbing are now well underway, with the site taking shape more and more each day.
🛣️ The traffic circle is also making excellent progress and is fast approaching completion, bringing us one step closer to delivering another quality civil engineering project.

A big shout-out to our hardworking team for their dedication, craftsmanship, and commitment to getting the job done safely and to the highest standard. Stay tuned as we continue to build progress, one layer at a time!

🚧 Progress is rolling ahead at Old Town! 🚜💨

Another milestone achieved! Our bulk earthworks are now nearing completion, and the team has wasted no time moving on to the next phase, with layerworks and kerbing now in full swing.

It’s always rewarding to see a project take shape from the ground up, and the transformation on site is a testament to the hard work, skill, and dedication of our incredible team. Every load moved, every layer compacted, and every metre of kerbing installed brings us one step closer to delivering another quality civil engineering project.
