Baz and his team of four pulled off an outstanding job here even with the consistent management challenges from the company that contracted us to complete this job.

Three story holiday accommodation in Manaba.

198 m2:

* Remove 2nd & 3rd story decorative roofing.
* Installed ceiling boards and created a roof eve to hold the new gutters.
* Prepped and painted
* 10 days

The overall senior management of this project was less than desirable.

* 1 scaffold tower only resulted in the breaking down and rebuilding, which impacted the time to do the actual work.
* Snags not completed due to lack of payment for work completed.
* Usage of rope access was a must and not included in the client quote.

Lesson :
* the South Coast is full of shady characters.
* fair work for fair pay is not profitable.
* talk is cheap.

This was a really awesome project.

Replaced a wooden frame, 70's style window to an aluminum frame window.

Not your standard size, this was a custom job.
