Bold new workplace for an agri-export company

When global agricultural business United Exports outgrew its offices, Trend Group designed and built a new ±800m² headquarters —one that is more expressive of the brand and better suited to how the team works.

Subtle references to the farming environment run throughout, with greens drawn from the brand’s leaf motif, dark blue hues and bespoke wallpaper inspired by the company’s blueberry exports. At the heart of the space, the Innovation Station—with its circular entrance and ball pit—hosts team huddles, one-on-ones and brainstorming.

Call pods and quieter focus areas support different working styles, creating a workplace the team can feel proud to belong to.

For Impact, Trend Group designed a workplace that reflects the organisation’s mission to generate positive social and environmental change—professional, inspiring and built around a sense of shared purpose.

Bold colour and creative design features create an energetic environment, while striking archways, a round think-tank space and a kitchenette island add character. The layout balances collaborative engagement with focused individual work.

Sustainable, responsibly sourced materials, natural light and biophilic elements carry through from concept to delivery—creating a healthy, calming space that reinforces the organisation’s values.

Luxury through considered design.

For Lionhead Capital’s new Cape Town headquarters, the brief called for a sophisticated, moody interior reflecting the character of the brand.
Inspired by Scandinavian interiors, Trend Group delivered the space through an integrated Design & Build solution, combining deep earthy tones, textured finishes, fluted glass, statement lighting and carefully selected furniture.

The result is a refined, layered workspace where thoughtful material choices and considered detailing create an understated sense of luxury.

Designing for one of Egypt's most recognised brands.​

Egyptian Cotton Association is synonymous with exceptional quality worldwide. Trend Group's design team translated that legacy into a concept reflecting the same timeless standards of excellence.​

Inspired by the brand values of heritage, authenticity and global credibility, the design also considers teamwork, leadership and day-to-day operations.​

From the reception experience and executive boardrooms to open-plan workspaces and breakout areas, every detail was deeply considered. ​

A workplace designed around connection.

For British Airways Euroflyer, Trend Group transformed its Gatwick Airport head office into a more open and engaging workplace.

The reconfigured floorplate better supports flexibility and focus, bringing together workstations, meeting rooms, phone booths and informal collaboration areas. A central kitchen and social space creates a natural hub for connection, while a distinct Euroflyer identity brings the workplace together.

Working alongside CBRE as project manager, our team coordinated the design and build within the operational complexities of Gatwick Airport, delivering a space the client was pleased with.
