A cracked 50mm bath outlet pipe ran beneath the bathroom foundation to the gulley, with a missing section of approximately 100mm caused by damage during construction. After carefully removing debris and stabilising the surrounding cavity, a structural pipe liner was installed and inflated through the damaged section, bridging the gap and restoring a continuous, solid pipe.

Here’s a neat tool for broken junction repair…

A fabric connection collar in the shape of Any T piece or Y junction can be inflated into the broken junction, using that Picote Connection Tool. Then cured in place, as a junction repair.

This repair was done over an earthenware y junction, 150mm x 100mm seal cracks that were allowing root growth into the drain.
