Nashua Newcastle is looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager to build a strong team, execute a practical sales plan and take ownership of measurable results.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach and hold the sales team accountable.
• Develop and execute a sales plan with clear targets, priorities and actions.
• Review performance and address underperformance.
• Drive new business and grow existing accounts.
• Attend customer meetings, support negotiations and help close deals.
• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts and consistent follow-up.
• Recruit, onboard and develop capable salespeople.
• Protect margins and work closely with service, operations and finance.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

• Proven sales management experience in office automation or business technology solutions.
• A demonstrated record of leading teams and achieving targets.
