This tree was starting to suffer from the compaction of the concrete.

The roots need air, water needs a way in, and soil needs to breathe.

We opened this up by hand, careful around the roots, then finished it with clean vertical mulching.

Nothing fancy.

Just better ground for the tree to live in.

Bit of reach needed on this one in Napier.

Using the bucket truck meant we could get out to the outer canopy safely and make clean cuts where they were needed.

No rush. No drama.

Just taking the weight out and leaving the tree in a better place than we found it🌳

🪵 Ground support for climbing operations
🚜 Chipping, loading & site clean-up
🛠️ Working with a skilled, passionate arboriculture team

What we're looking for:

✅ Physically fit. This is real, hard work
✅ Reliable & punctual (early mornings are standard)
✅ Eager to learn and grow in the trade
✅ Previous outdoor/labouring experience is a bonus, not a must
