Divan Herbst has a solid foundation in the construction industry, starting 17 years ago in Gauteng. His collective experience started with residential estate and complex construction. Divan was largely part of a family business with his brother Stiaan for a number of years. Their main focus being extraordinary turnkey developments within the Garden Route, predominantly Pinnacle Point in Mosselbay,

Fancourt & Oubaai Estate. Taking from this experience, BA Developments was the individual creation that allowed Divan to offer his more personal touch, and approach each project with a greater personal footprint. His main focus is the creation & development of upmarket homes in the Garden Route, predominantly Pinnacle Point with completed projects already in Oubaai, Fancourt & George.
