- Site Visit Progress Update 🚧🏡

Another productive site visit completed, and we’re pleased to report that the programme remains on track.

A substantial number of finishes and specification decisions were finalized, allowing the project team to move confidently into the next phase. Instructions have also been issued to complete the show house, which will soon undergo final review and sign-off.

It’s always exciting to see a retirement lifestyle estate begin to take shape as years of planning, design, and coordination become a built reality.

Perhaps most exciting of all, important decisions were made regarding the next stage of the development.

Built to last — and 9 years after these photos were taken, it shows.

This 25,000 GBA retail centre in Mozambique was delivered 1 month early, within budget, and remains issue-free to this day.

After many years of being involved in the design and development of retail centres across Africa and the Western Cape, it is rewarding to once again be part of new retail opportunities taking shape.

Retail developments create more than buildings — they create activity, connection, jobs, and destinations for communities to enjoy. From early planning to seeing spaces come alive, the process remains as exciting as ever.
