On Friday 19 June 2026, young innovators and future engineers will put their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to the test at the SAICE Johannesburg Branch Bridge Building Competition 2026.

Proudly supported by GIBB, this initiative continues to inspire learners to explore the world of engineering through practical, hands-on learning. Participants will design and construct model bridges, demonstrating the principles of structural engineering while competing for top honours.
