High in the Maluti mountains, the Khubelu and Mabunyaneng Bridges are now complete, marking an important milestone in the Lesotho Highlands Water Project.

We’re proud to have supported the delivery of these bridges with reliable formwork and scaffolding systems suited to the demands of remote, high-altitude construction.

Beyond the structures themselves, the project has helped connect communities, support local skills and strengthen infrastructure that plays a role in securing Gauteng’s future water supply.

Big things are rising in Portland, Saldanha! Our new mall development is entering its final stretch and the transformation has been incredible to watch.

We're building smart with a lineup of quality materials including Uni-Stage systems for solid, versatile structural support, Pheifer beams delivering strength where it counts and Econo panels bringing efficient, durable finishing to every wall.

Work commenced on site around 25 June, with Uni-Span brought in to support the slab and enable the safe removal of the "crown", Vanguard's term for a large piece of client equipment that needed to come out.

We engineered and installed custom scaffolding and formwork specifically for the project, working alongside MTS Formwork, who carried out the on-site works.

Chery has purchased the former Nissan plant, and the crown is being removed in sections to make way for the changeover. The final section alone weighs over 200 tons.

To manage a load and operation of that scale, we built a birdcage support structure beneath the slab, preventing structural failure and eliminating any risk of vehicles falling into the underground section below.

Work is underway at the CFP Ceres Wastewater Treatment Plant for Raubex Construction, with Uni-span supporting the project through a combination of formwork, slab support and access scaffolding systems.

The project has our team supplying Economy Form for the bases, NOE panels for the walls, and a combination of Pheifer beams, Uni-Stage and Uni-Lite panels for slab support. Uni-Stage is also being used for access scaffolding on site.

Wastewater treatment infrastructure plays a vital role in supporting growing communities, and we’re proud to provide the systems and support behind a project that will contribute to long-term service delivery in the Ceres area.

Work is moving along on a warehouse project in Lesotho, with the team now heading into the final two weeks on site.

It’s been great to see this build take shape, with the right support systems in place to keep things moving safely and efficiently.

Work is well underway at the Tshwane University of Technology campus in Midrand, where a new student auditorium is currently taking shape.

Our team is on site supporting the slab and staging works, with the project running through to August 2026. As construction progresses, the decking system is being continuously rotated in phases to keep the build moving efficiently and on schedule.

Projects like these are always exciting to be part of, creating spaces that will eventually bring students together for learning, events and campus life for years to come.

We've been on site at the Parklane Apartments in Cape Town since February, and we're on track to wrap up around July 2026.

We covered both hire and sales of formwork, running Uni-Lite Column and Wall Panels for the vertical elements, and our Uni-Flex system using Pfeifer Beam and Props for the slab work. If you know, you know. That combination makes light work of a residential build like this.

Residential developments like this one move fast and demand consistency across every pour. Having the right equipment configured correctly from the start makes all the difference, and that's exactly what the team focused on delivering here.

We’re proud of the work that's gone into this one.

Uni-Lite is a timber-faced, steel-framed modular formwork system that’s designed to produce clean off-shutter finishes while remaining light enough to be easily handled on site.

Its modular design makes it incredibly adaptable, working across vertical and horizontal applications as well as more complex structures like elevator shafts, curved walls and tunnels.

Because the panels are lightweight and easy to assemble, Uni-Lite can often be installed and moved without relying on cranes, helping teams work faster, especially on tight-access sites.

It’s a system built for efficiency, precision and versatility, keeping projects moving while delivering the finish quality modern construction demands.

At the St John’s Rugby Festival, we spent 4 weeks on site building the infrastructure behind the experience for NW Kwena, with support from Chris Haynes and Natasha Erasmus. From seating stands for spectators to VIP decks, media towers and lighting towers, everything was designed to give guests a safe, elevated view of the action.

Using a combination of access scaffolding, decking stage systems, and Quickstage systems, we created solid, reliable structures that could handle the energy of a packed festival.

It’s exciting to step into spaces like entertainment and events, bringing the same level of precision and reliability to a completely different kind of build.
