Once you accept, the client pays their 50% deposit into ZestPro Escrow.
You don't start moving until the app confirms: "Funds Secured in Escrow." No more doing work or buying materials on empty promises!
3️⃣ 50% MATERIAL ADVANCE (AI INVOICE CHECK) 📸
Need materials? Go to the supplier, get your tax invoice (with Order # & Client Name), and snap a quick photo in the app.
Our AI checks the invoice in seconds and instantly releases the 50% material deposit out of escrow so you can purchase materials on the spot.
Pure labor job with zero materials? Skip the photo! Just tap "Labor Only" and go straight to work.
4️⃣ CLIENT COMPLETION PIN & 60-SECOND PAYOUT 💳
When you finish the job, the client inspects your work and gives you their unique 4-Digit Completion PIN.
Punch that 4-digit PIN into your dashboard, and boom:
ZestPro automatically takes our 10% platform fee.
Your 90% share is dispatched IMMEDIATELY via Real-Time Clearance straight into your bank account (Capitec, FNB, Standard Bank, Absa, Nedbank, TymeBank, Discovery). You walk off site with cleared cash in under 60 seconds!
5️⃣ FIXED MEMBERSHIPS STAY THE SAME 🔒
Your PayFast Standard (R99/pm) and Fleet (R99/pm per area) subscription rates stay exactly as they are—no surprise fee jumps.
