Flash Precast employs approximately 120 full time plant employees and 7 office staff. Priority is given to on-site training on a regular basis to ensure that good quality & safety controls is adhere to. We believe in growing our employees skill set and promoting them in-house in order to promote quality services and products and a healthy working environment. Flash Precast have a growing fleet of 13 trucks that service our valued customers with punctual deliveries all over Gauteng & our neighbouring provinces.
