We’re mid-way through a full upgrade for Willie Havenga in Midrand.

The scope 🧱

- Replacing old paving with 215m² of Cottagestone in Sahara Sands for the walkways & driveway.

- Extending and repaving the 40m² pool area with 600x600 Newtown Flagstones in Portland Grey and Charcoal copings

Finger lickin' good (TM KFC) paving, minus the chicken! 🍗😂

Before: Wrong paver sloping sent water to the kerb, pressuring the retaining wall & causing it to shift.

After Moasure measurements & survey: We analysed the site (surface area 128.99 m², volume 19.18 m³, error 0.5%).

Fix: Raised kerbs, lifted pavers, added fill & repaved to direct water to drains.

Result: Perfect drainage, stable wall, flawless finish!

Transforming drainage into durability at KFC Cradlestone. 🍗🏗️

The Problem: Incorrect sloping sent water pooling against the kerb, soaking the ground and shifting the retaining wall.

The Fix: We lifted the pavers, raised the kerbs, and regraded the entire area with new fill. Now, water flows perfectly toward the drains, protecting the site's infrastructure for the long haul.

New walkways, designer entrance areas, and a refreshed courtyard using granite-tone urban pavers, copings, and natural stone cladding.

We're also builting and cladding a new column at the cigar lounge entrance for a seamless match with the existing stone wall.

Out with the grey, in with the Tuscan glow!

We just gave this Rand en Dal home a massive 300m² facelift. We leveled up with Corobrik Tuscan Pavers, framed by a sharp Graphite border (220 x 110 x 50) to make those colours pop!

To keep everything locked in and looking sleek, we finished the edges with a heavy-duty Figure 8 kerb. No shifting, no mess, just pure curb appeal.
