We'll still be on the job this Tuesday.

Due to the March to March taking place on Tuesday, 30 June, we'll be operating on skeleton staff throughout the day.

Our team will continue assisting customers as best we can, but response times may be a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through the day safely.

If you need us, we'll still be here, doing what we can to keep things moving.

A burst pipe doesn't care what time it is. Neither does a blocked drain, a major leak, or a geyser that suddenly stops producing hot water.

Plumbing emergencies have a habit of happening at the worst possible moment. Late at night, over a weekend, during a public holiday, or just before guests arrive.

When something goes wrong, you need more than advice. You need a team that can respond quickly, assess the problem, and get your plumbing back up and running.

That's why our team remains on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because some problems simply can't wait until Monday morning.

Some lessons aren't taught. They're lived.

The fathers and father figures who show up, work hard, solve problems, protect their families and lead by example leave a lasting impact long after the job is done.

This Father's Day, we celebrate the men who taught us the value of honesty, responsibility and doing things properly the first time.

From all of us at Marafiki, thank you to every father, grandfather and mentor who continues to make a difference every day.

Happy Father's Day.

Stagnant water can become a breeding ground for bacteria, algae, and unwanted contaminants. Many people assume a backup water system is simply a tank that stores water.

In reality, it's a complete system designed to keep clean, pressurised water flowing through your home when municipal supply is interrupted. The goal isn't to replace municipal water, the goal is to give your household an additional layer of protection, reliability, and independence when interruptions occur.

That's why proper filtration, system design, and regular maintenance are so important. A well-designed backup system helps ensure the water entering your home remains cleaner, safer, and more suitable for everyday use.

The result is a more reliable water source that isn't entirely dependent on what's happening outside your property.

Because water security is about more than just convenience, it's about protecting your home, your family, and your peace of mind.

The neighbours are carrying buckets. The washing machine won't start and suddenly your shower has been cut short.

Lately, water outages don't send warnings. They don't wait until it's convenient. They arrive in the middle of school runs, work meetings, family dinners and busy weekends.

That's why more homeowners are investing in backup water systems. Because when the municipal supply stops, your life doesn't have to.

A professionally installed backup system keeps water available for the things that matter most, helping your home stay functional, your routine stay on track, and your family stay comfortable.

Being prepared before the next outage is always easier than dealing with it after the taps run dry. Contact Marafiki for a quote today.
