Day 2 at Hotel and Hospitality Expo Africa 2026.

Yesterday’s conversations were exactly what this industry needs more of. Developers, procurement teams, and operators in the same room talking about what it actually takes to deliver at the standard Africa’s hospitality pipeline demands.

The AJ5D team is at the stand all day today and tomorrow.
Come and find us at Stand 6C241, CTICC Cape Town.

We look forward to seeing you.

For us, hospitality design always starts before the drawings.

It starts with the right questions.

Who will use the space? What does the guest need to feel?
Which materials will work beyond opening week? What can be sourced well, within budget, and without compromising the idea?

That is where design and procurement need to speak to each other from the start.

At AJ5D, we bring both together so concepts do not just look good on paper. They work in real spaces, for real guests, long after opening day.
Designers who procure. Procurers who design.

The cutlery on the breakfast table. The bath amenities. The linen thread count. The chrome towel rail that will not corrode at a coastal property after eighteen months. These are OS&E decisions. Operating Supplies and Equipment, and they matter more than most developers realise at brief stage.
AJ5D sources and manages OS&E alongside FF&E which means your hotel group gets a single point of contact for everything that goes into the physical guest experience. No split suppliers. No coordination gaps. We look forward to discussing this further in Cape Town. AJ5D booth, Hotel and Hospitality Expo Africa, 10 to 12 June.

Most hotel guests never think about where their furniture came from.
That is exactly how it should be. Behind every finished room is a procurement process factory selection, quality control at origin, customs clearance, delivery sequencing, installation. The material that will hold up to daily use for the next ten years. AJ5D manages all of it. Direct factory access in Turkey, China, Italy, and India, with no middlemen, stricter quality control, and better pricing for the client. We will be at Hotel and Hospitality Expo Africa in Cape Town, 10 to 12 June. Looking forward to the conversations.

Cape Town. 10 to 12 June. CTICC. This is where African hospitality procurement decisions get shaped — the developers, the hotel groups, the procurement directors. We have been delivering across this continent and beyond since 2012. It is a room we belong in.

We look forward to seeing you there.
