Yet another standout transformation complete — and officially on the market.
Renovating a home isn’t just about updating finishes; it’s about reimagining how a space works, flows, and feels.
For this full renovation in Duxberry, Sandton, our goal went far beyond a modern facelift. We set out to reshape the existing footprint into a seamless balance of grand entertaining and quiet family living.
Inside the Transformation
Reimagined Flow & Light:
The ground floor was completely reworked to open sightlines and connect open‑plan living and gourmet dining to new intimate spaces — including a custom executive study and a moody private whisky lounge. All tied together through seamless indoor–outdoor transitions.
Erasing Boundaries:
Full‑height sliders and stack-back doors dissolve the line between warm Oggie hardwood interiors and the private garden oasis.
Elevated Upper Level:
All five en‑suite bedrooms were redesigned as private sanctuaries, each opening onto its own balcony. The master suite was re‑planned entirely, now featuring an expansive patio overlooking the pool.
Modern Off‑Grid Engineering:
A complete off‑grid solar system and borehole water filtration setup were integrated directly into the architecture — future‑proofing the home without compromising aesthetic integrity.
Transformation projects are always a labour of passion for us, revealing what’s possible when thoughtful architectural vision meets existing potential.
