Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role located in the City of Johannesburg. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. Day-to-day tasks include measuring, cutting, assembling, and framing components, employing hand and power tools to execute finish carpentry and other construction assignments. The role is integral to supporting the team's goal of delivering safe, high-quality homes to clients.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniques
Experience with framing structures, including layout and assembly
Skillful use of Power Tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns
Competency in operating Hand Tools like hammers, levels, and chisels
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications
Good physical stamina and the ability to work in dynamic on-site environments
Relevant certifications or apprenticeships in carpentry are advantageous
