Set within the beautiful natural surroundings of Verlorenkloof, Mpumalanga, this newly built croft, Homestead, is a wonderful example of how the right finishes can become part of the landscape.

Our FloorCoat in Settled Grey was used on the floors, paired with WallCoat in Blast Furnace Grey on the walls.

The soft, muted grey tones work beautifully alongside the natural timber, stone and earthy textures throughout the space. Rather than competing with the surroundings, the colours create a calm, grounded finish that allows the beauty of the environment to take centre stage.

The result is warm, contemporary and beautifully understated — a space that feels as though it truly belongs in its surroundings. 🌿

FROM CLASSROOM TO CONCRETE 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

What better way to learn about cementitious products than to get hands-on with them?

We recently welcomed a group of Civil Engineering students UJ Engineering and the Built Environment University of Johannesburg to Samson Technologies for a morning of learning, demonstrations and practical application.

From presentations on our cementitious product range to hands-on demonstrations of PatchMortar, FairingCoat and CrystalSkim, the students got to see how theory translates into real-world applications.

And, of course, we couldn’t let them leave without a little bit of fun! 😄

The students took part in a very serious scientific experiment… throwing cement balls at a wall to see whose would stick! 😂

It was a great morning of sharing knowledge, asking very good questions, getting hands-on and showing the next generation of engineers what cementitious technology can do.

At Samson, we believe that knowledge is best shared, demonstrated and experienced.

A big thank you to the students for spending the morning with us. We loved having you!

Talk about a transformation! 🔨➡️✨

From damaged and deteriorated concrete to a strong, repaired and restored finish — this project is a great example of what the right repair system can achieve.

For this transformation, the contractor used our CorroBlock, PatchMortar and P3 to repair, restore and protect the existing structure.

And we love hearing feedback straight from the contractor:

In other words: easy to apply, fast curing, versatile application and high MPa strength.

🎣🏆 FROM WORK CALLS TO A BRAND-NEW BOAT! 🚤

What an incredible weekend for Sarel and his fishing team at the Loskop Dam Classic Premium Fishing Competition!

Sarel was supposed to be on leave last week… but, as many of us know, sometimes work still manages to find you! 😄📞 Even while enjoying his time away, he continued taking those work calls — never imagining that he would soon have something very special to celebrate.

Against some fantastic competition, Sarel and his team took the win — bringing home a brand-new boat! 🚤🏆

And the best part? Sarel didn’t even think they had won! What an unexpected and beautiful blessing. 🙏

We’re also incredibly proud that the team proudly represented Samson Technologies in their Samson fishing shirts. 🧡🖤

Congratulations, Sarel and team! What an achievement — and what a way to spend your “leave”! 😂🎣

Our Samson FloorCoat in SandStone was recently applied to this outdoor space, creating a clean, seamless finish that complements the natural surroundings beautifully.

Our SandStone colour is a soft, earthy neutral that pairs beautifully with natural stone, greenery and contemporary finishes — making it a versatile choice for both indoor and outdoor applications.

This was before sealer was applied. The sealer will then only enhance the colour and protect the surface beautifully.
