Are you confident, energetic, determined, and not afraid to pick up the phone? 📞

We’re a growing company in the building and construction industry, connecting manufacturers and suppliers with construction projects and key decision-makers and we’re looking for a Business Development Assistant to join our team!

💼 What you’ll be doing:

• Cold calling prospective clients
• Identifying and qualifying new opportunities
• Booking meetings and presentations for our Director
• Following up on leads and prospects
• Building strong client relationships
• Maintaining CRM and prospect databases
• Supporting business development campaigns
• Reporting on weekly activity and progress

🎯 We’re looking for someone who is:

✔️ Experienced in outbound sales, tele-sales, appointment setting, recruitment, insurance, property sales, or similar
✔️ Confident speaking with senior decision-makers
✔️ Professional with excellent communication skills
✔️ Highly organized, self-motivated and reliable
✔️ Goal-driven and persistent
✔️ Comfortable with high volumes of outbound calls
✔️ Resilient and not discouraged by rejection
✔️ Computer literate
✔️ In possession of reliable transport
