There is an old saying that you find out who your friends are when things go wrong.
I want to give a shout-out to the guys at Bar-One Security
A while back they installed our electric fence, and the service was excellent.
Recently we've been fighting with security gate motor issues, and once again they have moved heaven and earth to help us get things sorted.
As someone who runs a small business myself, I know that good service isn't just about doing the installation and sending the invoice. It's about answering the phone when there's a problem, taking ownership, and helping your customer find a solution.
That's exactly what these guys have done.
In a world where people are quick to complain when things go wrong, I think it's equally important to acknowledge the businesses that consistently show up, do what they say they will do, and look after their clients.
