Inter Africa Plumbing has been appointed for the full wet services installation at ShoreClub, Sea Point. 🇿🇦🏗

Our scope covers the complete package — domestic water reticulation, soil and waste, above and below ground drainage, stormwater, and the associated bulk services works.🦺🏗

Sea Point brings its own set of problems to solve. Tight coastal site constraints, an existing services footprint that has to be worked around rather than through, and a finish standard that leaves very little room for anything approximate. It is the kind of job our teams do their best work on.🇿🇦🏗

Inter Africa Plumbing is proud to be reaching practical completion on the plumbing and drainage installation at the Midpoint Amenities Hub — a 5-star gym, restaurant and padel court facility.

A high-spec amenities building brings its own demands — commercial kitchen drainage, high-demand ablution and change room reticulation, and a hot water solution built to carry a full gym at peak. Getting that right takes proper coordination between the professional team and the trades on site, and this one has had it from day one.
