💧 HIDDEN BURST PIPE LOCATED & REPAIRED 🔧

A leaking pipe isn’t always visible—and sometimes the real problem is concealed inside the wall.

After investigating the affected area, we located the leaking section, carefully opened the wall and exposed the damaged pipework. The affected section was then repaired using new copper pipework, restoring the installation properly.

💧 WHOLE-HOUSE FILTRATION & UV SERVICE 💧

Our client asked us to replace the filtration cartridges, UV ballast and UV globe to ensure the system continued operating effectively.

Regular cartridge replacement is essential. As filters collect sediment and impurities, they gradually become saturated—reducing filtration performance, restricting water flow and placing unnecessary strain on the system.

While completing the service, we were joined by two very curious four-legged site supervisors! 🐶🐾

Once everything was installed, the complete system was tested, reactivated and confirmed operational.

A leaking pipe is rarely just a leaking pipe… 💧🔧

The client sent us photos showing water escaping from the external pipework. When we inspected it on site, we found that the existing pipework had become extremely fragile. A small patch repair would not have provided a reliable, long-term solution.

We recommended replacing the affected pipework completely.

The old, fragile pipework was removed and the external water connection was rebuilt with a new tap and fittings—giving the client a far stronger and more dependable installation.

Unfortunately, the phone died before we could capture the completed installation—but the repair was successfully completed! 🔋😂
