Smart Solution Architecture & Architectural Consultants

Smart Solution Architecture is a dynamic & professional architectural practice based in Hermanus. We would gladly review any opportunity that may arise.

We mainly concentrated on work in the Western Cape and Overberg area, but are not limited to these areas and are more than willing to take on any challenges in South Africa as well as abroad. We do not only focus on new projects or works in the residential, commercial and industrial industry, but we also take on small and large scale alterations and additions to existing buildings and properties in these fields, including maintenance and upgrading. With our experience and knowledge in the Architectural and
Construction Industry, we know that we would be of asset to any current or future opportunities available.

A little reminder to pause.

We spend our days thinking about the spaces around us. This October, take a moment to check in with yourself and the people you love.

Breast awareness matters. Early detection matters. You matter.

Summer is in the air ☀️

As part of our architectural work, we design outdoor spaces that extend the life of a home beyond its walls.

Pergolas, covered terraces and connections to the landscape bring shade, structure and character to the spaces we create.

A little inspiration from some of our projects as the warmer days roll in.

Building dreams, one brick at a time.

Voëlklip residence is taking shape and we're so excited to see the vision became a reality.

Architecture happens in the space between what exists and what is imagined.

Temporary structure. Permanent intention.

As the main entrance takes shape, the red scaffolding adds an unexpected layer to the architecture for Phase 02. Watch this space.

Before there is form, there is structure.

The entrance gate roof for Phase 02 is taking shape with plenty more to come beneath it.

New beginnings 🎉

There’s something special about seeing a new residence begin its journey. A blank site, a new set of possibilities, and the start of a place that will eventually feel like home.

We’re excited to see this one take shape.
