🦺 Sub-Soil Drain🦺

After a considerable amount of rain, design changes due to underground water and plenty of unforeseen delays we completed a 1m deep cut to a 400sq area and installed an underground sub-soil drain system with layer works which will soon get a new raft foundation & Building for a franchise shop💪💪

Since our last post on 2nd September we’ve had a considerable amount of rain on this site, 119mm to be exact!!

Considering this our team has done exceptionally well to get so much production on a waterlogged clay site.

Below are milestones reached.
Unit 13/4:
* Superstructure complete ✅
* Roof installed 💪
* 1st fit electrical & plumbing complete ✅
* Internal plastering completed ✅
* Aluminium windows installed ✅

Unit 19/20:
* Reinforced concrete foundations poured ✅
* NFX Foundation brickwork completed ✅
* G5 filling & compaction completed ✅
* 321sq floor slab poured ✅
* Superstructure in Progress. …….

Unit 21/22:
* Foundations excavated 💪
* Reinforced concrete footings poured ✅

Keep an eye out as we start the finishes to 13/14 💪💪

* Civils - Platform & road layer-works
- New Rocla Concrete Stormwater pipes, concrete ring manholes and Culverts & Cut off Drains
* Kerbing & Paving
* 10 New Units with ample reinforcement and a design that has brought a fresh new look from Peter Simmons
