This new home in beautiful Herolds Bay is getting a seriously dramatic entrance! The architect designed a striking feature using solid double Garapa beams stretching from floor to rafters, flowing beautifully into the balustrades of two balconies, with Garapa pergola beams completing the look above.

It’s a bold combination of natural timber, strong architectural lines and coastal elegance and we absolutely love how it’s coming together. The house isn't even finished yet, but this feature is already making quite an entrance! Stay tuned for the full video once this spectacular home is complete.

That awkward patch of concrete next to the pool had one big problem, it wasn't exactly inviting anyone to sit down.

The client wanted a small, stylish space for outdoor furniture, and we were happy to make it happen!
