Precast Lift Shaft Installation - A milestone worth celebrating. 🥂

Today, our team successfully installed the first precast lift shaft base at the Almenta Shopping Centre site in Saldanha — a component that we proudly cast at our factory in Durbanville.

We believe this to be a first for the Western Cape, making this installation an especially significant moment for our team and our precast capabilities.

From casting to installation, this achievement represents innovation, precision, teamwork and the pride that comes with building something new.

A big congratulations to the incredible team on site who brought it to life. First one down. Many more to come.
