ADAPTIVE REUSE | SEEING POTENTIAL IN WHAT ALREADY EXISTS

Not every great space needs to start from the ground up.

Sometimes, the opportunity is already there — waiting to be reimagined.

This project began with an existing structure and a very different purpose. Through considered spatial planning, brand integration and architectural intervention, we transformed what was once a parking structure into a contemporary automotive environment designed around identity, experience and purpose.

From the façade and glass detailing to signage, lighting, interiors and spatial flow, every element was considered as part of one cohesive experience.

Adaptive reuse is not simply about changing a building.

ADAPTIVE REUSE | FROM PARKING TO PURPOSE

What was once simply a parking area became an opportunity to create something with presence, purpose and identity.

Our role went beyond architecture. We were tasked with bringing the automotive brand into an existing structure — carefully considering how the brand could be integrated into the building while making the most of what was already there.

From the brand implementation and spatial planning, through to glass-cladding detailing, interior and exterior signage, furniture, lighting and flooring layouts, every element was considered as part of one cohesive customer experience.

We also coordinated the project site requirements, approvals and implementation, working across the many details required to take the concept from an existing structure to a functioning branded environment.

The result was a transformation of an overlooked space into a destination that could support a premium automotive experience.

And perhaps the most rewarding part of adaptive reuse is that the architecture can continue to evolve.

Today, the space has been inherited by another automotive brand — but its story began as a parking area.
