Removal of redundant staircase
Gillitts - June 2026
Our customer had an old section of staircase that was redundant and needed removal.
We demolished the section, had to add a second skin of brickwork at the walls to structurally secure, plaster, paint and tile.

Awning
Kloof - April 2025
Client required a solution to cover their back-up power generator.
The cost-effective alternative to a standard awning was a custom CCA treated timber frame, cladded with IBR roof sheeting.

Laminate flooring
New Germany - July 2025
Our customer wanted to replace old carpeting in 3 bedrooms and the passage. self-leveling screed was first applied, then a good quality laminate to closely match their existing wood flooring (in the lounge), was installed. We managed to save and re-use the skirting.

Bathroom renovation

We completely gutted this bathroom, including the dated corner bath and ceiling.
New tiles, toilet, flooring levels, walk-in shower and vanity/sink.

Roof Clean and Paint
March 2025
Due to the steep pitch - this was technically a fairly complicated project, but careful planning and adherence to safety protocols facilitated a fantastic outcome. We first cleaned off the buildup of years of dirt and algae with an industrial pressure cleaner. Then two heavy coats of Dulux Roof Guard.
The house looks like new...
