🚧 We’re Hiring: Site Inspector & Estimator (Motorcycle-Based) 🏗️
Sbenz Construction and Services is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven and knowledgeable Site Inspector & Estimator to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
This role is ideal for someone with strong construction or maintenance experience who enjoys working on-site, engaging with clients, and delivering accurate quotations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site inspections (construction, maintenance & plumbing)
• Assess scope of work and take accurate measurements
• Prepare detailed and professional quotations
• Compile site reports and liaise with clients
✅ Minimum Requirements:
• Experience in construction, building maintenance, or plumbing
• Ability to read drawings and understand scope of work
• Valid motorcycle license (non-negotiable)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
