🏠 We recently traced ongoing roof leaks to severely rusted valley irons a problem many homeowners don’t even know to look for.

The client needed a hand rail installed to their specific height and comfort.

We extended onto the existing wall alongside the staircase and built a 3-tier structure to the client’s specification and liking 🏡

The new structure was tied into the existing built structure with proper reinforcement — no corners cut ✔️💪

Swipe to see how we transformed this unused area into a practical entertainment space ✨🏡

All existing tiles on the balcony were removed and replaced with a cement screed finish, textured to provide a durable non-slip surface 👌

We also broke through the existing balcony wall to create access onto the roof section, turning previously unused space into an extended balcony area with an incredible view 🌿

To complete the project, we installed new safety railings and applied a waterproof coating system over the existing torch-on waterproofing, all done according to the client’s specific vision and budget 🔨

A great example of how unused areas can be converted into functional living spaces with the right planning and workmanship — without breaking the bank 💯

Turning a difficult slope into a practical solution 🏗️

This project required us to prepare a dedicated area for a portable toilet away from the main building and on uneven ground. We handled the full process, from clearing and excavation to building up and retaining the platform, to achieve a perfectly level base.

It’s a simple structure, but getting it right makes all the difference in durability and usability. ✔️

There’s more to come as we continue with the rest of the site works, but this section is already doing exactly what it was built for. 🚧
