DAY 2 | KAMBULA BOWLS GREEN 🇿🇦

And so it begins! 🛠️

Day 2 on site at Kambula, with site establishment underway, setting out taking place and our site camp starting to take shape.

Over the coming weeks, this existing area will undergo a complete transformation into what will become South Africa’s only World Bowls approved synthetic bowling green. 🌍🟢

There’s a lot of work ahead drainage, earthworks, base preparation, banks, precision grading and ultimately the installation of the new international standard playing surface.

Projects like this are built from the ground up, and today we’re laying the foundations for something pretty special.

We’ll be sharing the journey from start to finish. 👷‍♂️🇿🇦

Short-Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Precision Grading & Laser Levelling Foreman.

The successful applicant must have experience in:

Setting out and establishing precise levels using laser levelling equipment.

Calculating and marking cut and fill requirements.

Preparing and checking layer works to achieve accurate finished levels.

Working to tight tolerances and ensuring a high-quality final surface.

Reading and interpreting construction drawings and level plans.

Requirements:
Proven experience in laser levelling and setting out.

Experience with sports field, roadworks, or civil construction projects.

Own laser level and surveying equipment would be an advantage.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Location: Nationally
Contract: Short-term (project-based)

Start Date: Mid July
