After 8 years, we're ready to hand over the reins.
Afri-Fencing Plus is for sale.
What started as a small workshop on the North Coast has grown into a business, we're genuinely proud of. Thousands of metres of fencing, balustrading, gates, pergolas and pool enclosures across Ballito, Salt Rock, Sheffield Beach, Umdloti and the estates in between.
Now it's time for someone else to take it forward.
This is a complete, trading business — not a workshop clearance:
✅ Established workshop on the KZN North Coast
✅ Approx. R900,000 annual turnover
✅ All machinery, equipment and workshop tools
✅ Proprietary PVC fencing designs and custom-built tooling
✅ Reliable, secure material supply chain
✅ The Afri-Fencing Plus brand, website and social pages
✅ 30-year manufacturer warranty backing every product
And I'm not just handing over the keys and walking away. The sale includes a full training period, plus ongoing consultation by agreement - so whoever takes over can trade confidently from day one.
It would suit an entrepreneur wanting a proven operation, or an established fencing, aluminum, glass or outdoor-living company looking for a foothold on the Dolphin Coast.
To our customers, estates and contractors who've supported us since day one - thank you. Genuinely. This business exists because of you.
