We begin by understanding the land—its climate, topography, vegetation and views. The building is then shaped by those conditions rather than imposed upon them.
Hilltop House is being developed as a series of quiet pavilions that sit comfortably within the Fairview landscape, allowing light, shadow and indigenous planting to become part of the architecture itself.
