We’re excited to announce the upcoming revamp of Fairways on Main, where a contemporary design approach inspired by Midlands vernacular aesthetics will reimagine the centre into a vibrant, welcoming destination.🤩🧘🏻
Think warm textures, crafted details, and spaces designed for connection, all while staying true to the Midlands character everyone loves.

What was once a dated corner strip has now been reimagined into a vibrant, contemporary destination🤩 Through thoughtful design, clean lines, and warm materiality, the spaces elicit a sense of invitation, celebrate local businesses, and enhance the urban fabric.

Through the intended application of landscaped walkways to striking façades and dynamic signage, every detail was considered to balance functionality with aesthetic appeal. The result is a refreshed commercial avenue that feels modern, welcoming, and alive with possibility.😎

Less noise. More news. More café. As we start this exciting new year we have quite a bit cooking in the kitchen🧑‍🍳🤓…a small peek into one of our projects currently in the works.

We bring to you a design that blends the bold symmetry of contemporary Art Deco with the fluidity of feminine architecture. Think vertical rhythm, softened edges, and spaces that invite conversation. Concept complete🤩👷…the journey continues.
