Rietpan Construction is a family owned company based in the town of Brakpan on the East Rand, of Guateng province, in South Africa.
The company was founded in 2005 by Tommie Cronje, a man with a passion for all things construction and building industry related.
Tommie has a wealth of experience in the industry; with a career spanning well over 30 years. He worked and qualified in various sectors across the Construction Industry.
Today Rietpan Construction has a reputation for delivering high quality projects. Our Work speaks for itself, showcasing various projects from private homes, commercial projects, and industrial developments.

Qualified and Registered Plumber and Drain layer (Since 1998). Registered with the Plumbing Industry Registration Board. Able to assess, plan and install any installation.
National Home Builders Registration Council Reg.31289
Building Contractor. Registered with the NHBC, able to cost and quote on any size up market dwelling and large industrial projects.
Building and Drainage Inspector. Ekhuruleni Metropolitan Council. Complete background and knowledge of Construction By-laws and Building regulations.
Property Assessor (Since 1996) Experienced in the field of property assessment for various/most Financial Institutions. This allows me to visualize the end-value of a project.
Registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession Reg.0865
Professional Architectural Draughtsmen. Registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP). Able to analyse any building plans, Engineers drawings/specifications.
