This past weekend, SP ArtAcryl didn't just show up at WAM in Henley-on-Klip — it popped up everywhere. 🎨

Our own pop-up store was there at the About Time Coffee Shop and the Vereeniging Art Society ran a competition where our paint was used. Armed with a brush and Super Platina Art Acryl Artist paint, entrants started creating their masterpieces

One thing was clear: give people the colours, and they'll make something beautiful.

This coming weekend is Henley WAM (Wine, Art & Music Festival! And if you spot good colour at the sip & paint or any of the eight venues this weekend, that's Super Platina ArtAcryl doing the work.

We're popping up at About Time for the full weekend, so if a colour catches your eye and you want to take the magic home, you can buy it right there. No searching, no waiting for it to arrive! Just paint in hand and a festival still ahead of you. Sonja will be there and ready to assist.

Huge congratulations to the Airlink pilots for that flypast at DHL Stadium this weekend. That kind of precision takes serious skill, and it gave the whole country (and it seems, the planet 😁) something to talk about.

And to the Springboks - well played.

As for us, our delivery is a little less dramatic: we skip the flypast and just land the paint straight at your door.

All our artists deserve their artworks to be showcased - we were very pleasantly surprised at how much talent was hiding in our Super Platina Art Acryl Artist community!

They made magic with Warm Yellow, Ultramarine Blue and Titanium White! And as many canvases as there were artists, all headed in totally different directions.

Some went bold. Some went quiet. All of it deserved more than a quick scroll.

Super Platina Verwe en Gauburg het onlangs met trots tegniese tekenborde en ArtAcryl-verf aan Hoërskool Overvaal geskenk.

A huge THANK YOU to every talented artist, teacher and school who took part in our ArtAcryl 3 Colours, 1 Canvas Competition. We were truly impressed by the creativity, originality and skill shown in every entry.

Working with only three colours and one canvas challenged our participants to think creatively, experiment boldly and make every brushstroke count — and you certainly delivered! 🎨

We know that talking about the weather is about as exciting as watching Super Platina's paints dry, but after this cold snap, let us be the first to give you some good news!

The mornings are still nippy (single digits, if we're honest), but by Friday we're sitting comfortably in the high 20s. The cold front has officially left the chat.

So dust off the ladders, air out the drop cloths — exterior painting season is stirring back to life. 🌤️
