ts. With the experience of the partners Shape will be able to deliver a project from Inception to commissioning and operations. This will include project structures (PropCo's and OpCo's), briefing, concept designs, council and statutory submissions, tender documents, construction drawings, contracts and procurement, site supervision and contract administration, feasibility and bankable documents (should funding in the form of equity or debt be required) and commissioning. Initially the company will only consist of an Architecture and Project Management department but with a MEP department that will become operational early 2017. This will enable us to service a wider variety of the market as well as to control the cost and regulation sensitive areas of a project to ensure that the end solution is workable, sustainable as well as cost effective.
