Why repair the same leak twice when you can solve it properly?

We were called out to Garscom to repair a leaking galvanized water pipe.
After opening the wall, we installed a Johnson coupler and rerouted the water line so it no longer runs underneath the house, a smarter solution that makes future maintenance much easier.

This one stopped us in our tracks. 😳⚠️

We were called out for a geyser that kept tripping the power supply.
But before we even got to the electrical fault, we discovered something far more serious...

The roof structure supporting both the geyser and solar system had rotted to the point where it was no longer safe. The installation also showed clear signs of poor workmanship and didn't meet the required standards.

This could have ended very differently.
Regular inspections matter. And so does choosing qualified professionals who do the job properly the first time.

Nobody expects to brush their teeth... standing in a puddle.
One of our clients certainly didn't.

The culprit? Old galvanised fittings that had corroded so badly there was barely anything left of them.

We replaced the damaged fittings with durable copper pipework and brass adaptors, giving the client a stronger, longer-lasting solution.
Sometimes the biggest plumbing problems are caused by the smallest hidden parts.

Imagine coming home from holiday... to water damage.
That's exactly what happened to one of our clients in Irene.

A cracked drip tray outlet caused water to overflow into the ceiling while they were away. We removed the failed geyser, installed a new 150L unit, fitted a new drip tray, upgraded the insulation, and got their hot water flowing again.

Heading away for a while? Make sure you know where your main water shut-off valve is. A few minutes of preparation could save you thousands in repairs.

👂 Hear a strange hissing sound? Your plumbing might be trying to tell you something.

A tenant in Wapadrand noticed a hissing sound every time the hot water was turned on. We traced the problem to a faulty connection where the old galvanized pipe transitioned to copper.

The fitting was replaced, the system pressure tested, and everything was back to perfect working order.

Sometimes the smallest warning signs prevent the biggest repairs.

After a delivery to one of our sites, a neighbouring property's sprinkler head was accidentally damaged, most likely by a truck tyre.

Our team headed straight over, repaired the sprinkler, and made sure everything was working perfectly again.
