Today we fixed quite a trickey problem. The client invited us to solve a water leak inside the wall to her front entrance. At closer inspection we discovered that the trap in the built in bath on the first floor was leaking water that drained into the ground-floor wall. The solution was easy for a tradesmen. Whe opened an inspection hole in the retainer wall under the bath. Replaced the trap. (The old seal was badly worn out)
Then we fitted an inspection plate to the bath wall and, finally, repaired the damaged wall next to the main entrance... all in a day's work!

We were approached to renovate a residence in Benoni late 2017. The request was to refurbish the kitchen and two bathrooms, to replace all the floors, retile and/or repaint the walls, and lay some pavers outside. This included demolishing two kitchen walls, building a new scullery wall and extending plumbing and electrical connections.
