Part 2/3 The final product

A special thanks to our clients Tristan & Micheale Rousseau for allowing us into their space and continuing life with all the dust. What a joy it was to deliver this stunning kitchen for them….

This beautiful kitchen is finished in a combination of Storm Grey & Brookhill, with Magnolia counter tops. Black Gola handles, FGV under mount runners and black kickplates.
We added a display cupboard at the end of the kitchen next to our fridge unit. This unit is completed with aluminium, 8mm tempered and smoked glass, 6mm glass shelves and LED lighting with full colour (Brookhill) inner.
The main section of the kitchen has a 1000mm fridge unit with top cupboard to the side.
This section also consists of 6 top and 6 bottom cupboards, no handles! It includes a display back with two electrical plugs for ease of use.
The bottom section consists of three sets of pot drawers, all in full colour (Brookhill).
On either side of this section we have two grocery units with internal drawers, where form meets function.
Next to our freestanding oven we have again opted for drawer units, 2 smaller and one larger unit, which was finished off with Storm Grey faces and Brookhill inners.
A special section for the coffee station and microwave was created as a transition to the scullery area as well as a top cupboard with drawer unit below. Including all electrical.
In the scullery area we added a lot of storage space. Above the black composite sink with Cascade Professional tap mixer we created a display box with LED lighting for enough light and adding bit of finesse to the kitchen décor.
Five cupboards on top and a space for the dishwasher and pull out dustbin next to the sink.
To the side we added two 600mm corner cupboard and three counter to ceiling storage cupboards to maximize storage space.
Below we again added two large drawer units.
To the back we added 4 large wall cupboards, again to maximize the space.
A reach in unit next to the space for the washing machine and tumble dryer. This all is in Storm grey with the drawers having Brookhill inners and a handle less system for this kitchen.

Part 1/3 Preparation

his beautiful transformation took a lot of preparation, so stay tuned for all three posts to see the final outcome including the details.

We started by removing the old kitchen and removing the three walls to create an updated beautiful open space.
Ceilings, tiles, windows and doors were removed and ultimately relocated and redone.
With the ceilings, we replaced the old ceiling with new boards that was rhinolighted and then new lights were installed.
The tiling was upgraded by removing the old and tired tiles to stunning new big 600X600 light grey Hamilton tiles, in order to create a much better feeling of space.
The walls were removed and then rhinolighting done, additional plug fittings installed and the whole area was repainted…. Some odd names for paint were discovered, and we ultimately chose “Vape” from Duram paints.
Plumbing and electrical wire was rerouted and moved to more appropriate locations throughout the space.
Windows and doors were replaced by Swartland products.

A very unique piece for a unique master bedroom💥

This fully customized cupboard features custom sliding doors on both ends in PG Bison’s Iceberg white with black handles and the middle door in PG Bison’s ALegria is very special. 95mm Thick, it features a recessed space for a 42’’ Smart TV with hidden electrical fittings and is able to slide to cover the whole cavity. All three doors has integrated light switches that activates the lights on opening and are all connected to Sonoff switches that allows for wireless control from our client’s phone, even the TV.
The inner cupboards finished in Alegria, features integrated lights and drawers. The two outer sections feature 20kg clothing pull down systems as well as pull out systems for trousers in the bottom section. 2 Drawers separating the upper and lower part with black Gola handles and a bottom drawer for shoes. The right side also features a concealed door for a safe. Neatly out of sight.
The middle section, features two sections with 4 drawers with black Gola handles including three shelves and the integrated lights activate depending which side has access, controlled by the main door in front.

Our next proud installation in 3️⃣, 2️⃣, 1️⃣ 📣 ....

A whole room just for her‼️‼️

This bedroom, created to be an independent Walk-In closet just for her, features some amazing finishes, incl:
* Black Aluminum, PG Bison’s Allegria, and EEZi Quarts Callacata Fine.
* Two single cupboards with one door each, integrated LED lights connected to Sonoff switches.
* Two shelfs, chrome hanging rails makes up the top section.
* The bottom section features a large drawer as well as a smaller drawer for shoes on the bottom level.
* The large corner unit with double hanging rails in both directions giving a lot of hanging space.
* The bottom has 2 large drawers as well as two smaller drawers for shoes, the same as the single units. Here we added a hidden section that is big enough for 2 large suitcases that can be stored out of site.
* The smaller unit to the right has a small top cupboard with a shelf and also includes very unique item…. The LG Styler Mirror Door Steam Closet. This unit is able to steam, sterilize and purify your clothing as well as a function to do the same for the entire room.
* On the far right, we installed a full length mirror with LED lighting and hidden touch sensor that allows the user to dim and bright the lights without compromising the look of having a bulky switch in the way...NICE!!!!
* The rest of the room also features a large drawer unit with an electrical pop up that doubles as a wireless charger
* We also added a dresser section with electrical pop up, that includes a smart Bluetooth mirror and two drawers. One drawer is standard while the side drawer has an electrical plug as well as a dedicated space for hairdryer and other utensils to be hidden away neatly.
* All doors are black aluminum doors with 8mm tempered and tinted glass.
* All drawers are soft close as standard and has the Black Gola handle system throughout.

This was such a fun and exciting project.
