A Blessed and Prosperous New Year 🎉🎉🎉


Built a braai and little entertainment area for the client in 4 days. 👏👏

28 NOVEMBER.... We broke down walls. Broke up a old foundation
30 November we started digging trenches.
1 December we started throwing foundation.
10 Days later all the walls was built and the roof was on.
3 days later plaster completed.
4 days later tilling, plumbing, electrical and painting was nearly done.
Cupboards almost done for bathroom, study and bedroom (3m to 4m high cupboard 😱)
What is normally a 10 week project....
We built a room, garage, study and bathroom. Not forget that we did work on the existing house as well.

Just another week when we open 4 January and we done.

Project Milnerton
Fixed and resprayed the kitchen. Also fitted new Nougat Quartz tops.
Ripped the ceiling out and converted to exposed ceiling.
Retiled the house.
Completely stripped the bathroom and renovated it.
Fitted New windows.
Fitted New ceilings in the entire house.

Heritage Day we spent servicing our clients.
One of our clients serviced was Southern Comfort Guest Lodge in Oranjezicht.

We will be doing light compact concrete decks at the premises. A simple, easy to install, cost effective flooring system. Yet strong and durable.
Few upgrades as well.
