A few weeks to go until mall opens its doors, and we are proud to be part of the team behind it.

THC Building Consultants has been appointed by Plascon to run monthly quality assurance inspections throughout construction, making sure every coat, primer and plaster application meets manufacturer specification before the finishes go on show.

On our latest site visit we checked dry film thickness on the primer and topcoat, tested moisture content on new plaster, and confirmed the right products were on site, all part of making sure this landmark development looks as good in 10 years as it does on opening day.

Congratulations to the whole team at McCormick Property Development as the countdown continues, we can not wait to see Leratong City Mall open its doors!
